The cot's sliding side panel lifts and lowers with the push of an button, making it a breeze to reach in and soothe a crying baby in the night. It has 11 height adjustments to accommodate almost any mattress size. It also has adjustable folding feet that ensure it is at the right level.

The cot is cushioned and has mesh sides to increase ventilation, and its mattress is made from high-density foam to provide extra protection. It's also washable so that you can keep it clean, and it is fitted with a sheet that's suitable for use with the cot.

The Roomie Glide, unlike some other cribs for beds, is compatible with a wide range of beds, including divans. This is due to the clips and straps that connect it. It can also be used as a stand-alone crib even when it's not connected to the bed. It comes with a variety of wonderful features designed with parent and baby bonding in mind.

It is important to remember that this crib won't last as long after your baby turns six months old. You will need to purchase a larger crib. Overall, Roanna thought that the Joie Roomie Glide crib was an excellent purchase. She liked its sleek design.

She also liked how it looked in the bedroom and thought that the grey shade will work well in modern homes. However, she pointed out that it isn't a great idea to rock a smaller baby because it can set an unhealthy habit that can affect later sleep patterns.

The Tutti Bambini CoZee

The Tutti Bambini CoZee is an award-winning bedside crib designed with a secure night's rest in mind. It features a drop side rail that can be easily lowered to feed your baby at night without having to disturb your baby or get them out of bed - it's ideal for mothers who are breastfeeding! It's also lightweight, making it easy to move around the house during naps and for travelling.

We love that it's constructed of soft materials that have mesh sides that are breathable, which promote airflow and ease of use. It comes in oak or charcoal with a variety of melange fabrics that blend with most decor styles. Anna found that it was sturdy and secure after being affixed to her bed. The legs clicked into place and the zippers were secure for safety. It took her about 10 minutes to put together and didn't require tools, with clear instructions and a video as well as a customer support contact number should you encounter any problems.

The CoZee crib has all the features you would expect from a crib to your bedside, including the ability to connect it to your existing bed using a stay-in-place connection system.  bedside rocking crib  comes with six height settings. In addition there is an inclined feature that can be used to assist babies suffering from reflux or congestion. It's also machine-washable, which is a necessity for all the dribbles and vomit that come with having a new baby!

The CoZee is an excellent choice for keeping your child close during their first six months of acquiring the ability to sleep independently. It can be used as a changing station, cot or toddler bed. With the addition of a sofa-bed extension pack, it could transform into a bed. While it won't magically put your baby to sleep or feed them, it will rock the baby and take them to school.

The Chicco Next2Me Magic

This is one of Chicco's more expensive options, but it is packed with lots of features. It can be used as either a side-sleeper, or a standalone crib that is suitable for infants ranging from birth to six months. It is easy to open and close the side panel thanks to a new mechanism. It's also more flexible than its predecessor, having 11 different height settings and retractable legs for a secure fit underneath any bed.

Our testers loved the ease of access offered by the side panel, which can be moved upwards and downwards with just one push of a button. This was a huge help in feedings at night as it meant that they could reach into and pick up their baby without waking them.

The side panel can be lifted by itself, too however, it's not advised as it increases the risk of your child falling out of the cot. The safety locking system guarantees that the side panel will only remain in place when it is connected correctly to the parent's mattress. This feature is fantastic to have peace of mind when you're breastfeeding and require frequent night feeds.


Telescopic legs permit the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed, such as divan bases or beds with drawers. It has a tilting feature for reflux babies, and a rocking function to help soothe them to sleep after eating. It's also extremely spacious and provides great ventilation due to its mesh sides.

Our testers found the Next2Me Magic easy to set up and use, however it does come with an extensive instruction manual. It's a bit heavier than other side-sleepers, but it's easily moved from one place to another. It's small enough to fit in a travel bag when not in use, which is a plus in the event that you have to transport it. The only issue our test subjects found was that the side panel did not flex like some of the other models, making it slightly harder to observe your child from your own bed.

The Shnuggle Air

The Shnuggle Air bedside crib is a great option if you want a crib that can grow with your child. It is designed to be a co-sleeping bassinet that is attached to your bed, but can also transform into a chic cot when your baby is ready, it's perfect for night-time feeds and growing your bond with your infant.

The Shnuggle Air crib is designed to breathe, not like other models. The mesh side panels with dual-view and hypoallergenic, breathable airflow mattress maximize airflow and keep your baby comfortable and cool. The gentle incline helps ease reflux and colic. The zip-down side allows you to feed your baby or comfort them at night.

The cot conversion kit is also well designed, with clear instructions. It includes everything you need.  bedside cot mattress  took us about an hour to put together and was reasonably straightforward. The only downside was the lack of captions written on some of the pictures, which made it difficult to understand some of the steps. Overall, the procedure was easy and the materials used were of top quality.

The Shnuggle Air is a great option for mothers who are breastfeeding or have had an e-csection. It allows them to reach out and hold their baby to comfort them and feeding without having to leave their bed. It's a great option for parents who don't want to deal with the hassle of putting their baby in a traditional cot or getting them out of it.

The gliding motion was found to be very helpful in lulling babies into sleep after feedings at midday or night. The drop-down sides make it easy to feed or soothe babies during the night. This was a big selling point for our exhausted test moms. Although  bedside rocking crib  doesn't rock, or come with extra features such as a sound machine, the Joie Roomie Slide's elegant design and practicality are a welcome addition to our top bedside crib reviews.
